Fitness Goals 2012
This is the year of gettin’ strong.
GOALS:
315# deadlift (3 plates on each site) (current 1RM: 265)
21 minute 5K (Currently around 24)
Learn to surf, catch some waves (Currently can’t even sit up on the board in the water)
240-point Fight Gone Bad (current PR 205)
20 reps of body weight back squat, aka The Widowmaker (Current PR: 155, current bodyweight 175)
